At Doole Building, we strive to provide top-quality handyman and home maintenance services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours) may result in a 50% service charge due to short-notice disruptions.

• No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

1.2 Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• A £10 rescheduling fee may apply if changed within 24 hours of the appointment.

• Emergency situations (e.g., medical reasons) may be exempt from fees, at our discretion.

1.3 Company Cancellations

If Doole Building must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen events (e.g., technician issues, extreme weather), we will:

• Notify you as early as possible.

• Offer to reschedule at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance – full refund.

• Service issues due to our fault – we will either re-do the work or offer a partial/full refund.

• Overpayments or billing errors – fully refunded.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed and signed-off services.

• Change of mind after our team has arrived – a call-out fee may apply.

• No-shows without notice – no refund.

2.3 Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Bank processing times may vary. If not received, contact us for support.
